The Wolves Development Program is designed for young athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level. Built on a foundation of skill development, confidence, and team-first mentality, The Pack is more than just training - it’s a culture.

 

Our sessions focus on:

  • Skill development (ball handling, shooting, decision-making)

  • Game IQ and real-game scenarios

  • Confidence under pressure

  • Teamwork, leadership, and resilience

 

Whether you’re preparing for representative basketball or looking to grow your fundamentals, The Pack creates an environment where players are challenged, supported, and pushed to improve every session. Players will be part of a program that values effort, attitude, and growth.​

 

Led by Kisha from Ki-Way Performance.

This program is for:

  • All U10 and U12 players

  • U14+ players in teams grading in B or C division

  • Division A players considering the Alpha Wolves program

  • Players who are considering representative basketball

  • New players who aren't currently registered to a Wolves team but keen to develop their basketball skills.

COACH KISHA

KI WAY PERFORMANCE

Along with 20+ years of basketball teaching/coaching experience, Coach Kisha has a high level of playing experience on multiple levels from Chicago High School basketball, NCAA DIV 1 USA College Basketball, European national leagues as well as the Australian national basketball league.


Coach Kisha is also a certified fitness personal trainer.

Coach Kisha's coaching objective is to prepare athletes for their basketball season through training skill, physical fitness, basketball IQ and sportsmanship with a coaching style that teaches, motivates, and encourages players to explore and maximise their potential during training sessions.
