THIS IS YOUR PRIVATE INVITATION TO THE ALPHA WOLVES - AN 8 WEEK SPECIALIST WOLVES TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PLAYERS SERIOUS ABOUT IMPROVING THEIR GAME ON COURT AND KNOWLEDGE OF BASKETBALL.
Alpha Wolves is an invite only program for a maximum of 15 players.
Saturdays 9 - 11am
Beginning July 15 for 8 weeks

Movement Training
Agility, Plyometrics, Mobility, Reaction time training, Fitness/Conditioning.
Basketball Skill Training
Footwork, Passing, Defense, Boxing Out, Rebounding, Getting Open, Reading Defense, Communication, Scoring, Ball Handling, Basic Basketball Principles
Learning Workshops - Different Topic Each Week Including Leadership, Mindset, Mindfulness, Nutritional Education And How It Relates To Improved Performance On Court, Basketball IQ, Discipline/ Focus, Goal Setting, Sportsmanship, Stretching and Recovery

In order to experience maximum results from this program it is recommended that participants attend all 8 sessions, complete the weekly training plans each week, take advantage of the 15 minute game film session, and the 1 hour private 1 on 1 training session.

COACH KISHA
KI WAY PERFORMANCE
Along with 20+ years of basketball teaching/coaching experience, Coach Kisha has a high level of playing experience on multiple levels from Chicago High School basketball, NCAA DIV 1 USA College Basketball, European national leagues as well as the Australian national basketball league.
Coach Kisha is also a certified fitness personal trainer.

Coach Kisha's coaching objective is to prepare athletes for their basketball season through training skill, physical fitness, basketball IQ and sportsmanship with a coaching style that teaches, motivates, and encourages players to explore and maximise their potential during training sessions.
