RETURNING IN 2023?
Here is some useful info from the Seahawks for rolling your membership over to Basketball Connect.
NORTH GOLD COAST SEAHAWKS BASKETBALL COMPETITION
REGISTRATION INFO FOR RETURNING PLAYERS
If you have already played with the Wolves and intend to play next season, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND REGISTERING PRIOR TO TRIALS on Jan 22nd since the first games will begin that week. If a player is not registered before their first game, they cannot play in that game.
NOTE: Seahawks have migrated from 'GameDay' to 'BasketballConnect' for their registration process. If previously registered, your info has been migrated over.
You will still have to create a NEW account with BasketballConnect. You must use the same information that you used in Game Day so that the new system can find you. If you need help, see further instructions and guides below.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE SEAHAWKS
To maintain your current BQ rego expiry date, your data has been migrated to the BasketballConnect platform.
To "claim" your existing record you must enter 5 key fields in exactly as they did appear in Gameday. Failing to do this will mean you are charged BQ rego again, potentially too early as the system will believe you are a new person. You would then have to seek a refund from Basketball Queensland.
Your KEY DATA must be exactly the same as what was in Gameday:

BQ REGO - DIFFERENCES IN BASKETBALLCONNECT
BasketballConnect will charge you to renew your BQ rego at the beginning of a season if your expiry date falls before the end of the season. This eliminates the need to monitor and renew during the season. The system will show your price including the BQ rego, and if your expiry date is beyond the end of the competition, the BQ amount will be deducted again from your total at checkout.

JUNIOR REGO NOTES
Age Groups - You will be prompted to select your age group when registering. You MUST select your correct age group. If your club gains approval for you to ALSO play in a higher age group you will be asked to go back and register again to that age group.
BasketballConnect will allow you to register multiple children at the same time.
