SCRIMMAGE IS BACK!!

We are excited to announce the Wolves have secured Friday nights at the Vonda Youngman Community Centre for basketball scrimmage! This is an opportunity for senior players, parents, caregivers and other basketball fanatics in the community to come shoots some hoops in a social setting on the mountain.

Following an initial 4 week period of free play, there will likely be a small cost for members to play to cover court hire fees. New members will also require Basketball Queensland registration fees to cover insurance.

Scrimmage will commence on Friday 29 August 2025 from 5-8pm, with the following indicative format:

•⁠ ⁠5pm U12, U14, U16

•⁠ ⁠6pm U18-U20

•⁠ ⁠7pm Masters

This is subject to change based on levels of interest and commitment. We recognise there is some conflict with timings for the U16s and U18s and we are working on getting more court hire at VY and looking at the highschool MPC once their refurbishments are complete next term. In the meantime it does give our Wolves boys something to do over the holidays and after finals!
